Zack Howard is passionate about commercial real estate and financing with 15+ years success facilitating client growth and customer satisfaction in a commercial financing career. After graduating from Memorial University with a Commerce Degree and Finance concentration, Zack then went on to a successful career in commercial lending with before founding a boutique commercial finance business, Four Ports Capital Inc. Zack has a strong background putting vendors and buyers together utilizing his financing background, extensive network of professionals, contractors and developers. Zack can assist with sale of a business, new commercial development/redevelopment opportunities, new leasing plus strategic leasing reviews of underutilized properties that could use a fresh approach. Zack holds AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) designation, and resides in St. Philips with his wife and 2 daughters.
