Gary Reardon

Gary Reardon has over 44 years construction, project management and design experience in the residential and commercial property sector. Through his associated firms, Reardon Construction & Development Ltd.and Reardon Properties Inc., Gary has a full team of property experts available to assist client requirements.

In addition to his personalized work with his residential clients, Gary specializes in the sales and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties. Gary also offers project feasibility and financial consulting services to his clients.

Gary and his team have successfully spearheaded the sell-out of numerous residential and condo projects.

The team is currently marketing RCDL's Brookside Preserve Condominiums project off Ruby Line in the city's west end. The team is just completing the marketing of the final phase of the Waterford Hills Park subdivision at Parkridge Drive in the City's west end. Prior to the current projects, Gary's team completed the sale of 276 homes in the River Bend & Twin Brooks projects.
